Cambridge Checkpoint Mathematics Coursebook 7 written by Greg Byrd, Lynn Byrd, Chris Pearce provides a comprehensive structured resource which covers the full Cambridge Secondary 1 Mathematics framework in three stages. This brightly illustrated Coursebook for Stage 7 offers a comprehensive introduction to all topics covered in the syllabus. Worked examples show students how to tackle different problems, and plenty of exercise questions prepare students for the different types of question they will face in their exam. Coverage of the Problem Solving framework is integrated throughout the course, with questions relating to the framework statements highlighted in the Coursebook and Practice Book.
The Cambridge Checkpoint Mathematics course covers the Cambridge Secondary 1 mathematics framework and is divided into three stages: 7, 8 and 9. Th is book covers all you need to know for stage 9.
There are two more books in the series to cover stages 7 and 9. Together they will give you a firm foundation in mathematics.
At the end of the year, your teacher may ask you to take a Progression test to fi nd out how well you have done. Th is book will help you to learn how to apply your mathematical knowledge to do well in the test.
