Author Franklin Mendivil is Professor of Mathematics at Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Acadia Univeristy, Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada.
He complete B.S. in Civil Engineering (with highest honor) from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1989 and M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1991. He complete his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1996 with thesis compactifications and function Spaces.
