About Author :-
The author Subhankar Dhar is a Professor of Applied Data Science at School of Information Systems and Technology and Deptartment, San José State University. He is also an affiliate faculty member of the Silicon Valley Center for Entrepreneurship. He complete his Doctor of Philosophy, Statistics, University Of South Florida in 1996.
Subhankar's research interests are data science, big data analytics, mobile, and cloud computing as well as wireless networks. In addition, he has also worked on projects related to smart cities and his work on Data Science has been funded by NSF. He teaches a variety of courses including computer networks, distributed systems, database systems, and web-based computing. His publications have appeared in reputed international journals and gave presentations to various international conferences.
