Verification of Addition (Addition tricks)...

Here we are sharing with you an interesting method of addtion and by using this method you will be able to verify the result of addition.

Let's see the following five stepts for addition verification.

1. Add all the digits until you get a single digit of first given number.

2. Add all the digits until you get a single digit of second given number.

3. Add the result of both number unit you get a single digit.

4. Add all the digits until you get a single digit of total.

5. If the result of both are same then it is verified.

Following examples will clear above interesting method.

  • If 312 + 101 = 413 then Verify it
  • Sum of 312 and 101 is 413. Let us verify this result by applying above rule.

    1. Addition of all digits of first number 312 is 3 + 1 + 2 = 6

    2. Addition of all digits of second number 101 is 1 + 0 + 1 = 2

    3. Addition of above both result is 6 + 2 = 8

    4. Now addition of all digits of total 413 is 4+1+3=8

    5. The result of both are same so the answer is verified.

  • If 7745 + 3289 = 11034 then verity it.
  • Sum of 7745 and 3289 is 11034. Let us verify this result by applying above rule.

    1. Addition of all digits of first number 7745 is 7 + 7 + 4 + 5 = 23 and further addition of digits of number 23 is 2+3=5

    2. Addition of all digits of second number 3289 is 3 + 2 + 8 + 9 = 22 and further addition of digits of number 21 is 2+2=4

    3. Addition of above both result is 5 + 4 = 9

    4. Now addition of all digits of total 11034 is 11034=9

    5. The result of both are same so the answer is verified.
