This question is about "What is the lowest odd prime number"
A number is called prime number which have two positive divisors, one and itself i.e 2, 3, 5, 7, ... Also notice that prime number are greater than 1 and start from 2. Therefore prime number are start from 2 so ignore -2 and -3. Because they are not prime number.
