The above question is about the multiplication and division. According to PEDMAS solve mulitiplication and divsion from left to right.

= 1 ÷ --- ÷ --- × 5
       5     5

= 5 ÷ --- × 5
       5

= 5 × --- × 5
       1         

= 125
SECOND METHOD (by Math Trick)
Now take a look again in above question.

5 × --- ÷ --- ÷ --- × 5
     5     5     5

Notice that there are three fraction values (i.e. 1/5) and two divide (÷) sign. In other word here we have to solve the division of fractions.
There is a MATH SHORTCUT TRICK for division of fraction. That is ... "For divide one fraction by another, multiply the first fraction by the reciprocal of the second".

i.e.

    --- ÷ --- = --- × --- = ----
     b     d     b     c     bc

Now apply this rule in above question. i.e. change the divide sign(÷) into multiplication sign(×) and take the reciprocal of 1/5 only where we have change the sign(÷) into multiplication sign (×).

= 125
THIRD METHOD (by Math Trick)

Arrange the multiplied value and division value as

simplify multiplied value and division values
   25       1  
= ----  ÷ ----
    5      25

= ----  × ----
    5      1

= ---
   5

= 125
